  1. You must be legally able to sell the item(s) you advertise for sale on the web site.
  2. Your advertisements may only include text and images relevant to that item.
  3. Your item for sale must be listed in an appropriate category.
  4. Your advertisement description or images must not be false, inaccurate or misleading.
  5. You must accept full responsibility for the content of your advertisement.
  6. Your advertisement may not:
    1. infringe upon any third party's copyright or intellectual property;
    2. violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation;
    3. contain anything defamatory, obscene, offensive or prohibited from broadcast;
    4. attempt to sell anything not listed in the Approved Items List (see below);
  7. We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the web site.
  8. We may remove your advertisement without refund if we believe it has breached these Terms & Conditions.
  9. Refunds are generally refused. Please contact iStock if you have a special refund request.
  10. iStock provides this web site and its services on an “as is” basis and without any warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory. To the extent permitted by law, we and our suppliers specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our services. Operation of our site may be interfered with by factors outside of our control.

  3. Live Horses and their associated sub-types;
  4. Machinery and Vehicles primary used for farming and agricultural use;
  5. Live Goats and their associated sub-types;
  6. Properties and their associated sub-types;
